Pastors Steve and Kim Styer are the parents of twin daughters who have blessed them with several grandchildren. They have been students of the Bible for over 30 years. Steve is a graduate of Charis Bible College and Kim has completed her first year at Charis Bible College. Their ministry history includes leading:  Children, Youth, Young Adults, New Believers, and Small Groups. They most recently pastored a group meeting in their home as a house church which has now moved into the next phase of public ministry. Pastors Steve & Kim believe the different ministries in which they served over the years was their preparation for this new season, God's calling on them to lead a ministry and church. Their heart is to reach people at any stage in life with the good news of God's love, to train them up to know, love, and serve God in a way that transforms their own lives and impacts others around them. 

A mother of five grown men and two grandsons, Arlene is a mother and coach at heart! As a coach and encourager at Water’s Edge, Arlene’s desire is to see people live meaningful and successful lives. That desire led her to obtain professional training through Professional Christian Coaching Institute and to found Abound Coaching in 2021.  Her ministry is dedicated to helping others create the life they have always imagined. A student of the Word of God for over 35 years, Arlene’s heart for others, her knowledge of God’s Word, and her ability to speak God’s truths in love inspire others to understand more fully the God who created us!

  Ron and Rhonda married in 1990 and are the parents of a son and daughter who live in the Lancaster area. They have a powerful testimony of how God restored their marriage and are always willing to share that testimony to help others. Rhonda is a graduate of Charis Bible College and has been a teacher of Word of God for over 15 years, holding small and large women’s events through her ministry, The Best Kept Woman. She authored the book, “Identity Crisis, the Transformational Truths to Finding Your Identity in Christ” which has become a fast-seller at her events!  Ron is a first-year student at Charis Bible college. He is employed by a large distributor in Lancaster County. A fan of his Harley Davidson motorcycle and a gifted photographer, Ron's work can be found regularly on Lancaster County Photography Facebook group. As teachers at Water's Edge, Ron and Rhonda have a desire to share God’s truth that will set people free, as individuals and married couples.

Elva and Ray married in 1988 and are the parents of four children and two grandchildren. They attended Rhema Bible Training Center in Broken Arrow, OK. While at Rhema, Elva discovered the performance art known as "chalk talks" and has been following the call of God on her life to present the gospel as a part of every gathering she has, whether at home at her Barnyard Art Studio in Lititz or out at various venues. She averages 300 chalk talks per year through her ministry, Elva’s Chalk Art! Her ministry reach has expanded to authoring books and filmmaking.  When not in the air flying, Ray, a corporate pilot by profession, can be found managing their 40-acre organic farm.  He attributes attending Rhema Bible Training Center as having a profound and life-long impact on him. It is his heart to teach people how to understand the Bible, to realize the final authority of God’s Word, to know our identity in Christ and to understand what it means to be a citizen of the kingdom of Heaven.  Teachers and evangelists at Water's Edge, Ray and Elva can be found ministering in one-on-one or group settings.
